Ingredients
  • 1 lb red potatoes
  • 2 lb boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 5 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp parsley (You can use fresh if you're feeling adventurous or fancy!)
  • 2 tbsp dried chives
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
  1. Add 3 tablespoons olive oil to the bottom of the crock pot. 

  2. Add 5 tablespoons of minced garlic and spread across the bottom.
  3. Place two frozen chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot. 

  4. Sprinkle parmesan, chives, and parsley over the chicken breasts. 

  5. Add 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter on top of the chicken breast.

  6. Sprinkle cubed red potatoes around the chicken breasts.

  7. Pour chicken broth and heavy cream over the chicken and potatoes. 

  8. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  9. Serve by plating the chicken and potatoes, then pouring the sauce mixture over the top.
